Hello there!
Well today I don't have a story as such behind the freebie, but there is something that this freebie reminds me of. A few years ago my aging Granny (who passed away at 98 last year) gave me a vintage lace hankie. It is so beautiful. Too beautiful to even use. It is something very precious to me and when I think of lace I think of her. This beautiful lace on the paper is from a brush set I got for free (but no commercial use allowed) HERE.
She has some really pretty ones.

Thursday Freebie

So there is a little story behind this freebie too....
Outside my kitchen window I have this little spider...let's call her Charlotte (love that movie)...she has been there for at least two months now. She spins her web-watching her make is really a fascinating past-time, you can actually see the web coming out as she moves gracefully over the strings and ties them altogether. Quite a masterpiece and wonderful design-the spider and her web!

Some poor victim...or should i say lunch!

So in honor of Charlotte who is beautiful as well as incrediably ugly-haha!! (sorry dear!)

Little Freebie for you!

It's been a while so I thought I would give out some freebies this week! With designing one misses out a lot on feedback and I so miss the comments that come from giving out a freebie, with a bought kit you just don't get that! It is terribly windy here, i am talking about gale-force winds that thrash through the trees, breaking boughs. It was quite funny this morning looking out my window onto the pond across the road from us, and seeing two geese struggling with all their might to try and swim back to shore. I could just imagine their little webbed feet paddling double time under the water trying to get back, but they were fighting a loosing battle -going against the wind. I am sure that if they had just turned around, the wind would of propelled them to the other side. Anyway a few hours later i looked out the window again, and I swear the geese were in the same place!! This Cape wind we have here, the south easter, is a really nasty wind. I have seen birds literally blown around in the sky! The wind is so strong, that is just whips them around. So in honor of our south-easter wind {which i hate by the way!} here is a little freebie paper for you! I should of called it "whipped away" or "blown away" or better yet-"gone with the wind"!! ha ha. Enjoy!
