4 Days to go...
It feels like a dream....I am so excited!

have you tried google earth street view?
I am totally addicted to it...it's is even more addictive than pacman!

What I love about Paris streets in the neighborhoods are the buildings, the trees, the vines and creepers and plants that seem to drape themselves over everything. I love the ivy that grows up the brickwork, I love the cobbled streets, the stone walls....I could go on and on..

To me it just has to much character, I could stand outside any one of these houses and stare and stare *and get arrested for being a stalker*! hee hee.

I think that is the joy about going to a place so totally unlike where you live. To experience another culture and way of life, to catch a glimpse of how other live... It's fascinating!

I've been learning french for a couple of months now and just completed the introductory course!
Such a beautiful language . Hopefully I will be able to at least utter a few remotely distinguishable phrases and questions to make myself understood!

I made sure to learn the important ones first :
"I would like a cup of coffee please"
"I would like another cup of coffee please"
"I would like a chocolate pancake smothered in chocolate syrup please"
"How do I find the chocolate shop?"
"Do you have any wickedly decadent puddings?"

See? It's all about priorities darlings!
